BedMaster has been an award-winning family-owned mattress manufacturer for over 35 years. All their mattresses are handmade by experienced personnel onsite using only Australian made springs and foams.

Solar Choice were approached by BedMaster’s Director who was looking for guidance on the solar project in Melbourne following some recent solar project exposure in regional Victoria.

Solar Choice were quickly able to provide an independent assessment of the optimal design and accurately forecast the systems performance and the energy bill savings. To compare against an existing quote, Solar Choice also provided some options from their pre-vetted network of installers – one of which was ultimately successful.

Despite seeking a proposal from outside of our network, Solar Choice’s partners were still able to provide competing offers using high-quality products.

The installed system now features 82 SunPower panels and a 30kW SolarEdge inverter including tilt frames to maximise efficiency.

The project is expected to produce over 25,000kWh’s each year whilst offsetting around 800 tonnes of CO2 emissions over a 20 year lifetime.
